...
v240 made UI embedding conditional on the embed_ui build tag; without it
the binary serves an empty filesystem and /ui/ returns 404.

restic: add backup server + client modules, wire galadriel
...
rest-server (append-only, tailnet-only on ${hostname}:8008) with a native prune-only job and an offsite restic copy; shared client module backing all hosts into galadriel's repo. Galadriel runs both modules, dataDir on /lorien/backup/restic, service-only paths. Adds sops secrets.

vaultwarden: local HTTPS via self-signed snakeoil-certs
...
Add a general environment.snakeoil-certs module that generates
self-signed certs at runtime (oneshot service + daily timer, idempotent
via x509 -checkend). Terminate TLS for vaultwarden with nginx on port
8001 -> 127.0.0.1:8000 using a snakeoil cert, so it's reachable over
the tailnet IP without the broken public reverse proxy.

fix: legolas NVMe suspend/resume crashes

Switch mem_sleep_default from deep (S3) to s2idle - the Phison E21
NVMe hangs on resume from the D3 transition S3 forces. Remove the
no-op d3cold_allowed udev rule (attribute doesn't exist) and the
broken nvme-resume-fix service (ExecStart redirect never ran). Add a
correct runtime-PM-off rule for the NVMe endpoint and its parent root port.
