Set up nextcloud

owncloud has gone through a full rewrite since nextcloud forked it. They're not as good at marketing as nextcloud is, but it is worth considering

Aggregate "magic directories" under ~/public (or something equivalent)

from my experience with bubblewrap, nfs and namespace bind mounts rarely play well together. This is a shortcoming in the kernel
