Luke Howard c3a5f20041 krb5: update krb5.conf(5) with RFC8009 enctypes 
Add aes256-cts-hmac-sha384-192 and aes128-cts-hmac-sha256-128 to krb5.conf(5).

Closes #815.

Heimdal

Heimdal is an implementation of:
