Luke Howard ab3d52e1a2 base: use correct calling convention for log_file() 
Use the correct HEIM_CALLCONV calling convention when setting log_file()
callback, otherwise Windows build fails.

Heimdal

Heimdal is an implementation of:

  • ASN.1/DER,
  • PKIX, and
  • Kerberos.
