Assar Westerlund 351f18b02d NEWINIT, UNICOS7x, UNICOS5: removed

STREAMSPTY: added variable `really_stream'
Now able to handle the case where the OS supports stream ptys but we
run out of them and start using ordinary BSD ones.

Readme

This is basically telnet.NE.95.05.31 with Finnish encryption code
added. It has also been updated with the (minor) patches for
telnet.NE.95.10.27 and been made autoconfed. It is known to work with:
