Assar Westerlund 351f18b02d NEWINIT, UNICOS7x, UNICOS5: removed ...

STREAMSPTY: added variable `really_stream'
Now able to handle the case where the OS supports stream ptys but we
run out of them and start using ordinary BSD ones.
