Assar Westerlund 7e382bccde (send_and_recv): rename to recv_loop and remove the sending of data. ...

add a parameter `limit'.  let callers send the date themselves (and
preferably with net_write on tcp sockets)
(send_and_recv_tcp): read first the length field and then only that
many bytes
