f0c910460c make all functions taking 'struct sockaddr' actually take a socklen_t 
instead of int and that acts as an in-out parameter (indicating the
maximum length of the sockaddr to be written)

c672a244ba make the kvno's in the krb4 universe by the real one % 256, since they 
cannot only be 8 bit, and the v5 ones are actually 32 bits
