CCAPI v3 implementation, the read only support was from Magnus Ahltorp
and then extended by me to support all other operations. Tested with MIT kerberos cc cache implementation on MacOS 10.3.3 git-svn-id: svn://svn.h5l.se/heimdal/trunk/heimdal@14092 ec53bebd-3082-4978-b11e-865c3cabbd6b
