Fix mysqld exporter database connection

Fixed, not exactly sure how, but it had something to do with wrong state for the user in the database.

Add grafana dashboard for EXIM4 exporter

Huh, the exim4 exporter just works. Too well in fact, it was not firewalled properly (now it is).

We're missing a dashboard for the data though, I wonder where the previous one went

Report missing jmdict entries on archive import

Just some extra info: this entry seems like it was 1232500, 挙げられる, "to be arrested, to be captured (e.g. data), to be caught"

But we need a general way of handling missing entries
