Remove the data_time parameter from decoder_data(). This patch eliminates the timestamp counting in most decoder plugins, because the MPD core will do it automatically by default.

The daemon stores info about all available music, and this info can be easily searched and retrieved. Player control, info retrieval, and playlist management can all be managed remotely.
