Max Kellermann ad48834469 Revert "event/SocketEvent: add assert()"

This reverts commit 7bc1c9925b.  It
caused a crash with the ALSA plugin family (through
MultiSocketMonitor::ReplaceSocketList() and
MultiSocketMonitor::AddSocket()).  Until we have a proper fix, the
assertion patch is reverted.

Music Player Daemon

A daemon for playing music of various formats. Music is played through the server's audio device. The daemon stores info about all available music, and this info can be easily searched and retrieved. Player control, info retrieval, and playlist management can all be managed remotely.
