Max Kellermann 709640422c player: chop the tail of the music pipe after CANCEL 
When a CANCEL command is received, the player should drop all chunks
of the next song.  Added new funciton music_pipe_chop() which is used
for that.

                       Music Player Daemon (MPD)
                        http://www.musicpd.org

A daemon for playing music of various formats.  Music is played through the 
server's audio device.  The daemon stores info about all available music, 
and this info can be easily searched and retrieved.  Player control, info
retrieval, and playlist management can all be managed remotely.

To install MPD, see INSTALL.
