Max Kellermann 130659e856 decoder: fixed assertion failure for decoder==NULL in decoder_read() 
The assertion on dc.state in decoder_read() was too strict: when a
decoder tried to call decoder_read() from tag_dup(), the decoder state
was NONE.  Allow this special case.

                       Music Player Daemon (MPD)
                        http://www.musicpd.org

A daemon for playing music of various formats.  Music is played through the 
server's audio device.  The daemon stores info about all available music, 
and this info can be easily searched and retrieved.  Player control, info
retrieval, and playlist management can all be managed remotely.

To install MPD, see INSTALL.
