b22d7218aa command/player, ...: use decimal notation 
During the libfmt migration, I converted "%1.3f" to just "{:1.3}"
without the "f" suffix, but libfmt defaults to scientific notation,
which can break some MPD clients.

remove gcc_unused 
[[maybe_unused]] (introduced in C++17) is standard C++.

https://clang.llvm.org/docs/AttributeReference.html#maybe-unused-unused
says that this is equivalent to the GNU unused attribute.
