aa877a29d7 decoder/Thread: repair container decoder support 
Catch ENOTDIR exceptions and in that case, try all matching decoder
plugins which implement the "container_scan" method.

77a9940461 decoder/ffmpeg: ignore empty packets 
An empty packet would be a command for avcodec_send_packet() to
finalize the codec.
