Change the semantic of the searchplaylist protocol command

Old: searchplaylist {NAME} {FILTER} [{START:END}]
New: searchplaylist {NAME} {FILTER} [window {START:END}]

This is more similar to the other search commands and we can reuse search specific functions in libmpdclient.
