Addition of :

NO_PIDFILES : We don't create PID files
NO_SIGPIPE, NO_SIGXCPU: These signals don't exist on Windows
NO_UNIX_SOCKETS: No AF_UNIX support

Also, ignore variable defintions when we are doing a preprocessor-only
run.
