Jeffrey Altman 8123ffc3f2 _gssapi_unwrap_iov_arcfour remove duplicate code block 
ad3acc2aef ("lib/gssapi/krb5:
implement gss_[un]wrap_iov[_length] with arcfour-hmac-md5")
introduced a duplicate block of code.

This change removes the unnecessary code duplication.
