Love Hörnquist Åstrand 715d4a304f revert 1.75: (init_auth): only turn on GSS_C_CONF_FLAG and ...

GSS_C_INT_FLAG if the caller requseted it.

This is because Kerberos always support INT|CONF, matches behavior
with MS and MIT. The creates problems for the GSS-SPNEGO mech.
