tests: check PAC client name in the non-canon case
...
and fixed the existing test to match the actual behavior,
I think it used to fail just because it used enterprise name
style without specifying it.

Separate enterprise and canonicalize flags
...
The meaning of the two is different and we should
not implicitly set both if one was requested (this
aligns the logic with MIT kinit -C/-E options).
