f2cf913bd2 (HMAC_SHA1_DES3_checksum): don't include the length 
(checksum_sha1, checksum_hmac_sha1_des3): blocksize should be 64
(encrypt_internal_derived): don't include the length and don't
decrease by the checksum size twice
(_get_derived_key): the constant should be 5 bytes
