ab7ce95925 make it handle v4 and v6 sockets. (it doesn't handle being given a v6 
socket that's really talking to an v4 adress (mapped) because the rest
of the code in telnetd is not able to handle it anyway).  please run
two telnetd from your inetd, one for v4 and one for v6.

d6f52a511f (terminaltypeok): always return OK. It used to call `tgetent' to 
figure if it was a defined terminal type.  It's possible to overflow
tgetent so that's a bad idea.  The worst that could happen by saying
yes to all terminals is that the user ends up with a terminal that has
no definition on the local system.  And besides, most telnet client
has no support for falling back to a different terminal type.

351f18b02d NEWINIT, UNICOS7x, UNICOS5: removed 
STREAMSPTY: added variable `really_stream'
Now able to handle the case where the OS supports stream ptys but we
run out of them and start using ordinary BSD ones.

2a8068132e Added flags -z to have telnetd log unauthenticated logins, such as 
when using an old telnet client. Unfortunately in most of these cases,
the user name is not known.

There should also be a way to tell the difference between bad
authentication (such as with expired tickets) and no attempt to
provide authentication (such as with an old client).
