9b33009cde Always set the ticket options, use KRB5_ADDRESSLESS_DEFAULT as the 
default value, this make the unset tri-state not so useful.

39184f36f3 (enviroment_changed): return non-zero if enviroment that will 
determine default krb5cc name has changed.
(krb5_cc_default_name): also check if cached value is uptodate.
