231b5fb378 (do_enccopy, copy_encrypted): remove 
use net_{read,write} instead of krb_net_{read,write}
(krb_get_int, krb_put_int): include fallback of these for when we
compile without krb4

(get_xsockets): Try to chmod dirname(`X_UNIX_PATH')

(get_xsockets): Turn on TCP_NODELAY on TCP connections.

0ebf3e6925 (get_local_xsocket): Now try to allocate the first free socket in 
/tmp/.X11-unix.  Also `mkdir' this directory first.  Return the number
of the display opened.
