Rename subsystem_DEPRECATED to subsystem_DEPRECATED_FUNCTION(X)

Browse Source 
Start to explain what the replacement function is.
Generate the #define/#undef logic in generated header files.
Use gcc style where the deprecation warning is after the prototype.
