Call out to Heimdal's krb5.conf processing to configure many aspects
of KDC behaviour. This should allow PKINIT to be turned on and managed with reasonable sanity. From Andrew Bartlet git-svn-id: svn://svn.h5l.se/heimdal/trunk/heimdal@20447 ec53bebd-3082-4978-b11e-865c3cabbd6b
