It would be cool to have some sort of mode where you can say "I'm playing this game/book/movie/visual novel now, please tag all following searches as coming from here. Then you can filter history for those tags. You should also be reminded with some sort of badge on the search page with an X so it's easy to exit the mode.

Maybe also let people readd or edit ranges of searches later in case of misuse

It should be obvious on the search page that any upcoming searches will be tagged

Note also #104, for exporting this data.
