Just to expand on this:

The idea is that in Settings, we will let the user set one of the library lists as the "quick add list". Then we add a single slidable action going the opposite way of the current actions, which will toggle inclusion in the this list.

It would also be good to mark this with some sort of symbol, in a similar fashion to #162

Note that if the user deletes this list (or renames it), that should trigger the saved option to either become null or rename as well.
