Linux daemon for serving elevated scheduling privileges to non-privileged processes.

What is this?

This project is a rust rewrite of rtkit, which is a daemon that allows non-privileged processes to request to be switched to real-time scheduling over D-Bus

The daemon keeps track of the processes that have been granted real-time scheduling, and will automatically revoke these grants if the system is under heavy load.
