Move gopher.pvv.ntnu.no to a proper server

When https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/443747 is merged, we should move gopher(nicus) off of isvegg, and onto a proper server, preferably running NixOS. Should probably go on temmie, or a temmie-equivalent specifically for this, as it serves user home dir gopherholes (see https://wiki.pvv.ntnu.no/wiki/Drift/Gopher).

Depends on #72 and the nixos-pr for gophernicus.

I don't think there's anything stopping us from just vendoring the module for the time being. Merging it can take a while, waiting for release can take a while, I doubt the CLI interface of gophernicus is going to change a lot in the foreseeable future
