Get lupine 2 and 5 up and running again #279

Lupine 2 was likely misconfigured ever before it was even set up, so that one needs to be brought back up to the PVV office and plugged into an hdmi screen for someone to have a look at (unless someone can find an HDMI -> VGA adapter, in which case it can be done in the server room). Lupine 5 just turned off one day, not sure what happened to it. It might only need a restart, or maybe it's stuck in BIOS due to a dead CMOS battery or something
