The logs from this service says roughly nothing interesting. It's nix building as normal, suddenly spits out Aug 22 04:47:08 bicep nixos-upgrade-start[2304388]: warning: error(s) occurred while switching to the new configuration right after building the system derivation, and then exits with status 1.

Maybe you could spot some errors while rebuilding manually, and fix them up?
