update README to not use deprecated alias

Seems that there is no good fix for this and that it will keep being deprecated for a long time. Suppressing the warnings is not easily done either.

Building skrott image dumps the result in current working directory and not at the root of pvv-nixos-config.

This also allows gluttony to emulate the architecture for raspberry pi, which makes it so that it can build the images for skrott/dibbler.
