Aggregate "magic directories" under ~/public (or something equivalent)

from my experience with bubblewrap, nfs and namespace bind mounts rarely play well together. This is a shortcoming in the kernel

Migrate hildring, tom and balduzius from asgore to proxmox

Lommel is the old salt master, I transferred most to the new host, but there might be some arcane config in there related to how changes to the salt repo also got pushed to github
