Max Kellermann bdb3129f18 configure.ac: declare AM_CFLAGS ...

Moved generic compiler options to AM_CFLAGS.  MPD_CFLAGS/MPD_LIBS will
hopefully fade away one day, in favor of more fine-grained variables.
