db20894b90 fix OSS audioOutput plugin, so that when dropAudioBuffer is called and the oss device is closed, a subsequent call to playAudio will reopen the device

b5e55a648f we ne allow audioOutput plugins to set the final outAudioFormat that will be used. we now use alsa's _near functions to detect what to use.

586a21688f config file change! now 'port' is optional and 'db_file' is required! 
also, should have better error reporting when failing to open playlist or
music directory's, or writing the db, etc

5327a8f421 when filling mp3 buffer, check if its already full. If it is, then give up trying to read in a potential mp3 frame, cause no mp3 frame should be bigger than the input buffer

c87b9cf439 playing, stopping, and seeking mpc files should work now. next is parsing metadata for the db.
