remove macOS support
...
There were a few macOS related bug reports on the bug tracker which
have been open for years without a volunteer caring for them. The
GitHub actions build has also been broken for a long time due to bugs
in the ancient LLVM toolchain shipped with macOS, making macOS an
unsuitable non-Linux target for testing MPD's portability.
All of this makes macOS support an annoying liability for me. To
avoid more frustration, I'm hereby dropping macOS support completely
from MPD. Maybe this causes enough pain for a new maintainer to
spawn, but maybe nobody cares, so... let's see.

LogLevel: rename DEFAULT to NOTICE
...
"DEFAULT" is a bad name - all it says is that it's the default value,
but it doesn't say what it means. The name NOTICE mimics the syslog
level.

Add the ability to specify media.role for pulse output plugin
...
This is useful in multiple mpd instances scenario, or multiple pulse outputs defined on the same mpd instance.
It is actually a more flexible way to route flows than the "sink" parameter, letting the PulseAudio routing do its job, but with the ability to isolate routing for each output.
If not specified, the role remains like it was before this commit, ie "music"

With a "+" or "-" prefix, the "metadata_to_use" setting can manipulate

2 MB was too small for cross-fading a 24 bit file. Increasing to 4 MB
is still not too large for weak machines, but is enough for
cross-fading.

Added support for a new optional configuration setting for the httpd output
named "bind_to_address". Setting it to a specific IP address (v4 or v6) will
cause the httpd output to bind to that address exclusively. Supporting
multiple addresses in parallel is future work.
This implements the feature requests #2998 and #2646 .
