Max Kellermann	7e12aea1d8	input/Open: use OpenLocalInputStream() ... Make the "open" method of plugins "file" and "archive" dummy methods that always fail. Instead, let InputStream::Open() hard-code access to these two plugins by using OpenLocalInputStream().
