Makefile.am: fix static build with alsa

Add ALSA_LIBS to MIXER_LIBS, otherwise building mpd in a static context fails
with lot of undefined references to alsa-lib (libasound) required by
src/mixer/plugins/AlsaMixerPlugin.cxx.
