gd 440c676be2 EventLoop: added assert(IsInside()) in Insert(CoarseTimerEvent &) and AddIdle(DeferEvent &) 
Like AddDefer(DeferEvent &), Insert(FineTimerEvent &), these methods don't lock to update EventLoop::again
