0712314d23 archive/{zzip,iso9660}: ignore file names which are invalid UTF-8 
These malformed strings must not be transferred over the wire, because
the MPD protocol is defined to be UTF-8.

1f6a7d6462 archive/zzip: fix crash on corrupt ZIP file 
Sometimes, zzip_file_read() returns 0 even though the end of the file
was not reached.  This causes assertion failures in
DecoderBridge::Read().

9d910320f3 archive/zzip: pass std::shared_ptr as template parameter 
This eliminates a tiny amount of overhead because the compiler can
choose how to pass the parameter.

32799ff682 archive/zzip: improve error reporting 
Most importantly, this commit translates ZZIP_ENOENT to
std::system_error(ENOENT) so IsFileNotFound() returns true and
find_stream_art() can suppress the log line.

ce49d99c2f check.h: remove obsolete header 
Since we switched from autotools to Meson in commit
94592c1406, we don't need to include
`config.h` early to properly enable large file support.  Meson passes
the required macros on the compiler command line instead of defining
them in `config.h`.

This means we can include `config.h` at any time, whenever we want to
check its macros, and there are no ordering constraints.

d0fbf6db59 input/Stream: remove attribute "cond", replace with handler interface 
This adds a bit of overhead, but also adds flexibility to the API,
because arbitrary triggers may be invoked from that virtual method
implementation, not just Cond::signal().

The motivation for this is to make the handlers more dynamic, for the
upcoming buffering class utilizing ProxyInputStream.

71f0ed8b74 *: add "noexcept" to many, many function prototypes 
This eliminates some overhead, because the compiler doesn't need to
consider these functions throwing.
