e16109330d input/last: clear "uri" in OnCloseTimer() 
Without clearing the "uri" field, the next Open() call attempts to
reuse the old InputStream, but it has already been closed, so Open()
always returns nullptr.

c692286c67 input/last: clear "uri" field in Close() 
Prevent false negative after the stream was closed automatically after
20 seconds.
