The current http output doesn't provide a header for cross-origin support. This prevents to use the mpd http stream directly from an other webapplication due the origin from the webpage differs from then the audio stream.
The fix is to add the following header to the http response:
Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
Since we switched from autotools to Meson in commit
94592c1406, we don't need to include
`config.h` early to properly enable large file support. Meson passes
the required macros on the compiler command line instead of defining
them in `config.h`.
This means we can include `config.h` at any time, whenever we want to
check its macros, and there are no ordering constraints.
Fixes another buffer overflow: if the stream has a very long title or
URL, resulting in a metadata string of more than 2 kB, icy_string[0]
is a negative value, which gets casted to size_t - ouch!

Fixes a buffer overflow due to the bad formula rounding the buffer
size up. At the same time, remove the "+1" from the meta_length
calculation, which takes the padding into account and at the same time
implements proper rounding.
