83f7610dd1 storage/udisks2: move empty string check out of the fallback block in MapUTF8() 
Even if the LocalStorage is available, return the "udisks://" URI when
the MapUTF8() parameter is an empty string.  This fixes the mount URI
in the state file.

ce49d99c2f check.h: remove obsolete header 
Since we switched from autotools to Meson in commit
94592c1406, we don't need to include
`config.h` early to properly enable large file support.  Meson passes
the required macros on the compiler command line instead of defining
them in `config.h`.

This means we can include `config.h` at any time, whenever we want to
check its macros, and there are no ordering constraints.

94592c1406 build with Meson instead of autotools 
So long, autotools!  This is my last MPD related project to migrate
away from it.  It has its strengths, but also very obvious weaknesses
and weirdnesses.  Today, many of its quirks are not needed anymore,
and are cumbersome and slow.  Now welcome our new Meson overlords!

29f78b18b1 storage/plugins/CurlStorage: URL-encode paths in CurlStorage::MapUTF8 
When using a database that was not created with a WebDAV music_directory
(i.e., if using a remote database, on which updates happen locally) and
using the Curl storage plugin, MPD would previously send GET requests that
had unescaped spaces in them.  This change uses Curl's URL-encode API to
solve this.

5217a74b7f storage/udisks: return file path in MapUTF8()

788e3b31e1 *: remove "pure" and "const" attributes from throwing functions 
The "pure" and "const" attributes are not so well-defined, and a
recent clang version implements an optimization which pushes the
definition's boundary beyond what I believed it was.  clang now
assumes that functions declared "pure" cannot throw exceptions, even
if they lack the "noexcept" specification.

When compiled with this new clang version, MPD will crash randomly if
an exception happens to get thrown by such as "pure" function
(https://github.com/MusicPlayerDaemon/MPD/issues/41).

This commit removes all such misplaced "pure" and "const" attributes,
closing #41.

71f0ed8b74 *: add "noexcept" to many, many function prototypes 
This eliminates some overhead, because the compiler doesn't need to
consider these functions throwing.

3436a646b5 storage/nfs: fix deadlock when connecting 
The Connect method can be called between Schedule and lock. In that case, when

Read all directory entries into memory and close the struct nfsdir
before returning the StorageDirectoryReader instance.  This is what
libnfs does, anyway.

b1a252a64d lib/nfs/Base: kludge to reduce number of NFS mounts 
Creating a NfsStorage sets its own export_name as the "base".  Now
NfsFileReader can use this information to derive the export_name to be
mounted, instead of guessing.  This solves the "too many connection"
problem on the NFS server while updating the database.
