python/build/ffmpeg: disable clang's integrated assembler

Causes compatibility problems, because FFmpeg expects the GNU as
syntax.

This FFmpeg bug report has some information, but it was closed as
"invalid": https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/5158
