decoder/flac: fixed two memory leaks in the CUE tag loader 

Don't initialize "vc" and "cs" with FLAC__metadata_object_new(); that
value is overwritten by FLAC__metadata_get_tags() and
FLAC__metadata_get_cuesheet().
