Makefile.am: fix linking xiph with ogg

The internal static xiph library needs to link with libogg. Otherwise
building mpd will fail:

```
/mips-linux-gnu/bin/ld: libxiph.a(libxiph_a-OggVisitor.o): undefined
reference to symbol 'ogg_stream_packetout'
```
