<p class="content--summary-more" style="">NHKは、各都道府県の中学校体育連盟などに取材し、陸上やサッカー、野球など29の運動部に入部している生徒の割合を調べました。<br /><br />その結果、今年度の入部率は、正確な記録が残る平成18年度以降、全国の8割近くにあたる、37の道県で過去最低となっていることが分かりました。<br /><br />最も低かったのは<br />▽奈良県で50.7％だったほか<br />▽長野県が51％<br />▽福岡県が54.6％などとなっています。<br /><br />一方、高い地域は70％を超えていますが、岩手県はピーク時より10ポイント余り減少するなど、各地で減少傾向が顕著となっています。<br /><br />全国の平均も59.6％と過去最低で、生徒の運動部離れが進んでいることがうかがえます。<br /><br />自治体などによりますと、少子化による部員不足で競技が成り立たず、廃部となる部活動が相次いでいることや、生徒に必ず部活動に入部するよう求める「強制加入」を見直し、「任意加入」に切り替える学校が増えていることが影響しているということです。<br /><br />部活動に詳しい名古屋大学大学院の内田良教授は「運動部離れは今後も進むとみられるが、練習の過熱化が指摘されてきた運動部の見直しが各地で進むのはいいことだ。子どもの生徒指導の一環として部活動を活用するということも重視されてきたが、原点に立ち返って授業や学校行事のなかで、生徒に向き合っていくべきだ」と指摘しています。</p>
