Ben Bullock 549fa5c4b5 Swap mistaken strokes in 07a3c-Kaisho

The strokes had bad types and numbers on them. I can't see any reason
why the strokes should be in a different order to 07a3c.svg, so I used
that as a model to put them in a consistent order.
